We can review missing or damaged files, cloud access issues, billing questions and subscription cancellation requests. For recurring subscriptions, send your cancellation request before the next scheduled renewal and keep the confirmation. - Setting prices for your local market on your behalf
- Legal, tax, accounting, insurance, employment, chemical, environmental, safety or other regulated professional advice
- Guarantees that a third-party platform or future software version will behave identically
Before sending a request
Keep a clean backup of the original files, review the Start Here guide, and compare your issue with the fictional DEMO workbook where applicable. For a bug report, include the product name, version, affected tab or file, and the steps that produced the issue.
