Your Downloads & Next Steps
Thank you for purchasing an SGL digital product. After a successful payment, Shopify's Digital Products app sends a digital-product-ready email containing download links for the files attached to your purchased product. Keep the order confirmation and your purchase email for reference.
1. Get your files
- Open the digital-product-ready email sent to your checkout email address. Check Spam, Promotions and other filtered folders if you cannot see it.
- Select the product download link in that email. Your Thank You or Order Status page may also show a download button when that feature is available.
- If you purchased a Shopify bundle, it may deliver several component products, each with its own files. Save each included download.
- Save the original ZIP files somewhere you control, then extract them. Keep the clean originals before entering your customer or business data.
2. Set up the products
Open the included Start Here file and setup instructions if provided. For Excel-based OS workbooks, use a compatible spreadsheet application; for editable Word documents, use compatible document software. Any demonstration data is fictional and should be replaced for real jobs.
3. Need support?
If a link is missing, a ZIP cannot be opened, or an included file does not match its description, contact Service Growth Lab Support with your order number, purchased product name, file name and a brief description of what happened. Do not share full payment card details or customer-sensitive information.
4. License and purchase terms
Your downloaded products are one-time digital purchases unless the individual product explicitly identifies a subscription. Review License Information, the Digital Product Policy and the Refund Policy. Your applicable statutory rights remain in effect.
