Digital delivery, compatibility and final-sale policy
Service Growth Lab products are digital products delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.
Delivery
Paid downloadable products are intended to be delivered through the store's digital-delivery system after successful payment. Free resources may be delivered through a direct download or email-based resource flow.
All sales are final
All purchases are final. Service Growth Lab does not provide refunds, returns, credits, cancellations or exchanges for digital products except where required by applicable law.
Because digital products may be delivered, accessed, copied or downloaded immediately after purchase, they cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods.
Download or file problems
A technical problem does not automatically create eligibility for a refund. If you cannot access a purchased file, receive a corrupted file or identify a genuine defect in an original file, contact Support. Where reasonably possible, Service Growth Lab may provide a replacement file, corrected download link, troubleshooting assistance or a corrected version of a defective original file.
Nothing in this policy excludes or waives a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
Compatibility
Primary compatibility is stated on each product page. Excel workbooks are designed primarily for Microsoft Excel; Google Sheets behavior is best-effort and can differ in formatting, validation, charts or other features. Customers are responsible for reviewing compatibility information before purchase.
Updates
Service Growth Lab may provide bug fixes or product updates. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, purchase does not create a promise of perpetual or lifetime updates.
License and use
Purchase provides only the usage rights described in the applicable license. Source files may not be resold, redistributed or used for multiple unrelated businesses unless the purchased license specifically allows it.
No outcome or professional-advice guarantee
Products provide operational templates, calculators and educational information. They do not guarantee revenue, profit, marketing performance or legal compliance and are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, employment, chemical, environmental, safety or other regulated professional advice.
