Hosted software access and downloadable workbooks are separate product formats. Cloud access is linked to your confirmed checkout email and remains available while payments are current, subject to the documented renewal grace period. Manage or cancel your monthly subscription

Use your Shopify customer account to look for subscription management, billing information and cancellation. If you cannot find the controls, contact SGL support for help. SGL Cloud uses the same email address as your Shopify purchase. Access is tied to verified paid orders and stops when paid access expires or a qualifying refund revokes it.
